I attempted to flash my 650 (Which we own).

Logged in to the phone with Admin Settings (Current VOIP provider unlocked phones on their end and provided info).

Went through the flash setting provided by new provider and the phone now gives me a Endpoint IP Error for starters.

When I go to the Menu 3 > 2 the system no longer takes the admin password, only the user password.

When I restart the phone and cancel the boot process.  I try to enter the password there and it doesn't work either.

I also try entering the <removed by the moderator> as the password, but that doesn't work, wish I could see if I was getting the right letter while trying this step.

What can I do now?

Just return the phone as I just recently bought it.

Thank's in advance,

Jason

Hello Jason,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We do not disclose within this official Polycom community how to reset the Phones if the Admin Password is lost.

Many of our partners utilize these phones and offer services so we cannot publicly disclose the procedure to do so.

Please contact your former provider as the phone must have downloaded their settings again and reset the password to their choice.

We will remove any post replying to this that will publicly explain how to remove the password.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
