Hi,
I have same problems with VVX 400.
Maybe somebody already found the solution?
VVX 400 can call only on the same vvx 400. Can't call to HP 4120 phones, to lync client and to mediation.
HP 4120 have no problems. Call where it is necessary without problems.
UC Software Version 5.1.2.1801
Updater Version 5.3.2.1761
PS. Sorry for my english.

Hello Dmitriy,,
as already mentioned this is outside the scope of the community but providing this snippet makes me assume that you are possibly in Russia.
If this is the case are these VVX Phones the Russian SKU aka been purchased in Russia as there are certain restrictions for that Region.
I believe the Russian SKU allows TLS for call setup but does not offer SRTP for Audio.

Hello Steffen,
Thank you for quickly reply.
Yesterday I updated firmware on phones. Now it looks like:
UC Software Version 5.2.0.8330

But same result.
How did you setup your Phone to work with LYNC ?
Just updated and changed a profile to LYNC.
Are you using any configuration Files ?
No.
Are you logging in using PIN & Extension or Network Credentials ?
I try both. Same result.
What happens when you try to ring an optimized for LYNC phone or a LYNC client ?
Busy tone. But can call to any vvx 400.
Is this a locally hosted LYNC solution ?
Locally.

Hello Dmitriy,
In order to troubleshoot this we require some logs. This is outside the scope of the community so I can only ask you to contact your Polycom reseller so they can raise a ticket with Polycom support.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains these post here:
Dec 6, 2011 Question: What Phone Models support the LYNC 2010 or LYNC 2013 Features added in UCS 4.0.1?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
and
Sep 30 2014 Question:Can I sign into LYNC using the Web Interface?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Abovce shows the simple steps that are required in order for the phones to be used with LYNC.

Hello Steffen,
Many thanks for the help.
As you told, the problem was in SRTP.
My delivery of Polycom VVX 400 phones doesn't support SRTP. It was necessary to switch off the obligatory requirement of encryption in Lync 2013.
Command for Lync 2013:
Set-CsMediaConfiguration -EncryptionLevel SupportEncryption
