Our SoundPoint IP 335 will not allow us to forward calls from the handsets using the menu keys?  They refuse to allow me to enter another extension or phone number.  I get a "Contact" on the screen but no option to add a phone number or extension with a "OK" to accept it at the handset, only "Cancell".  The handset won't accept anything but I know the browser interface on the phone is set up to allow this feature.

I'm scratching my head on this one?

UC Software Version 4.0.9.0509 BootROM Software Version 5.0.9.0001

I can forward all calls only if I goto the browser interface and manually type a number in the "Call Diversion" field see attached pic.  Could this be a function of my PBX that is not allowing this feature to work?  Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in Advance!

Hello getRdone161,

The community's search functionality finds this post => here <=

You can use the workaround mentioned in there and the fix for this will be in the next 4.0.11 software (no date as of yet).

If this is urgent please work with your Polycom reseller and quote VOIP-112685 in order to receive a hotfix.

I'm fixing to try the work around but I did notice something.  The "OK" button only is available to forward if a extension or phone number is 4 digits or greater. The problem is if I am forwarding to one of our internal extensions that is 3 digits long then, there is no "OK button on the forward options to enable the feature. I will try the work aroud and see how that works too.

Well I have confirmed this is a problem and was able to duplicate it with the info in the original thread above.
