Hi,
I am just getting grips of Polycom phones. I have created FTP provisioning account for the IP331. I upgraded all the phones from 3.x.x to 4.0.2B. The UC Software works fine for us. Recently we purchased IP335 phones and I cannot get them running using the same provisioning server. There are no logs uploaded by the phones so I dont know what I am doing wrong.
Can anyone help me?
here is the factory configuration I have:
bootrom 4.3.0.0246
bootblock 3.0.2.0024
application SIP 3.2.4.0267

Hello Jan,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The behavior changes on bootup depending when the Phone was manufactured. For example as mentioned => here <=
Did you check this FAQ post => here <= ?
You may want to contact your Polycom Reseller for further support.
