UC Software Version: 4.0.8.1972

BootROM Software Version: 5.0.8.0935

I have 2 Soundstation IP 7000 connected through a multi-interface module to act as a single phone. Everything worded fine except that it could not send pins (DTMF Signal) to conferencing numbers that require pins.

I was able to solve this by following the directions from this forum [FAQ] Phone unable to send DTMF to an IVR system or how to troubleshoot DTMF issues

The problem is, after the DTMF config files was uploaded, the speaker volume has decreased significantly. The volume is set at max but the sound is not what it was like before.  What do I need to change to increase the volume?

One other information regarding this issue. The volume for the dial tone is loud (working properly).  The volume drops when the call connects.

Hello Sang-MRSS,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The currently used software version is no longer supported. Please test this using UC Software 4.0.11 or later
