Trio 8800 and Visual+ Video Flipping/Mirror

Is it possible to Flip/Mirror the horizontal orientation of the "Self View" on the Trio 8800 Visual+ Camera?

Re: Trio 8800 and Visual+ Video Flipping/Mirror

Hello Steve,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge this is not possible.

Can you clarify why or what you would like to do exactly ?

Re: Trio 8800 and Visual+ Video Flipping/Mirror

Hi Steffen

Thank you for the reply.

What our Users are finding strange is that while in a video call and looking at the Self View in the bottom corner of the screen it appears to them to be reversed. I realise this is a view of exactly what the remote party will see but the Users in our meeting room expect the image to be reversed as if they were sat in front of a mirror and not exactly the same view as the remote party.

Regards.
