We have 5 new Polycom VVX-301 phones. We use it with Dean One VOIP provider (broadsoft software).
When we use the provisioning option or with the sip registration, both options the phone works. But we cannot answer the calls. When picking up the phone nothing happens, and pressing the softkey answer does allso not work.
The reject and forward buttons doe work.
We have tried several firmware versions, but nothing works.

What firmware versions did you try ?
If you can easily replicate this please open a support ticket.
Please also provide a backup:
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.
