I would like to add a few custom keys to the 4 softkeys. I see where I can add the soft keys but it wants macros. I cannot find a list of macros. I would like to add the following keys:

Settings

Based on your reply => here <= I already assumed you would come back with an answer like this.

 

The above outlined FAQ post shows various examples which you can either utilize directly or use the examples and experiment to get your own solution / macros.

 

In addition the community's search facility can be consulted to find more / other examples.

 

If you struggle with this please open a support ticket.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.

If I would try and be unhelpful I would have not responded to yourself with the probably best post to check for an answer.

 

Please utilize the FAQ and if you are struggling to get anything going post some examples of what you have tried.

 

This community is ran by volunteers and Polycom employees in their spare time and if you expect to be spoon feed then this community is probably not the right one for you.

 

Providing single sentence answers are not very motivating in attempting to try and help yourself.
