Hi, I have the VVX 500 on 18.104.22.16837 firmware. I'm able to get Acoustic Fence working on the handset and other headsets in the headset port.
When I set up the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC BT, I'm not able to get Acoustic Fence to work. Does Acoustic Fence work with USB headsets? Is there an undocumented setting somewhere? Thanks.
I'm using these settings:

Maybe the headset in question has its own echo cancelling functionality?
Polycom is unable to test every single headset but I recommend you open a ticket via your reseller in your area.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.
