Hello laura20,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The above linked Engineering Advisory 66940 has not changed and specifies the following:

This engineering advisory shows you how to integrate Microsoft® Outlook, Microsoft® Office Communication Server 2007 R2, and Microsoft® Lync 2010 with certain Polycom® phones. This engineering advisory shows you how to set up the Calendaring, Instant Messaging, and Presence features on the same Polycom phones.

In addition we recently archived LYNC 2013 certification for the VVX500 & VVX600 using UCS 4.1.2 Rev B

If you are using a supported Microsoft Environment, i.e. not Office 365 , and you are still having issues, you should contact your Polycom reseller for further support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

We too just bought a whole bunch of these phones after reading about integration with Exchange.  We have Office 365, which IS an Exchange server.  We have a local Active Directory integrated Windoes network but it does not talk to the Office 365 Exchange servers.  We cannot all of our computers with Outlook direct to Office 365 and out phones connect direct as well.  Are you saying that your Exchange Calendar capable phones do not work with an Office 365 Exchange server?  there needs to be some very clear information on your website with ALL product material when it states Exchange or Exchange Calendar that it requires on an on-premise Exchange or Lync server.  The future is cloud guys.  not one of my clients these days is buying a $10-$25k Exchange and Lync server for local offide installation.  One of my global 23k employees customers is going to Office 365.  You need to be more clear and get with the times by fixing the issue of not being able to communicate with an off-premise Exchange server.

Hello itprohelp,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This topic and the linked reference material quite clearly states the currently supported platforms.

We specifically use the supported product's tradenames and Microsoft Exchange is not Office 365.

At present, to my knowledge, Office 365 as a hosted exchange server is not supported for the calendar functionality.

We do not advertise any Office 365 compatibility and you will need to work with your Polycom reseller in order to start a feature request via a Polycom sales engineer.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello @rheylens,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Could I kindly ask you to post any Skype for Business related questions or replies => here <= ?

In addition stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing. Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.

I am closing this post due it's age and being unrelated to Skype for Business / LYNC / Office 365
