VVX 500 Touchscreen Doesn't Work

Hello,

 

I have two vvx500s that their touchscreens do not record input. Is there something I can try to fix this issue?

It is always useful to provide as much details as you can in an initial post as this helps us to stop assuming what the issue could be.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This unit was sold by NETXUSA back in 11/03/2016 so it must have been on the shelf a very long time.

 

I suggest you return this via an RMA.
