Hello,

we have found a bug with our Polycom VVX 500 (Firmware 5.1.2 and previous) and Lync 2013

If a user with a lync call pickup code set with SEFAUtil use the forward button on his phone to transfer his line, he loose the call pickup code

Before :

PS C:\program files\Microsoft Lync Server 2013\ResKit> ./SEFAUtil.exe /server:poollync2013.domain.local user@domain.local
User Aor: sip:user@domain.local
Display Name: User Test
UM Enabled: True
Simulring enabled: False
User Ring time: 00:00:20
Call Forward No Answer to: voicemail
Group Pickup Orbit: sip:*100;phone-context=user-default@domain.local;user=phone

After using forward with Polycom VVX :

PS C:\program files\Microsoft Lync Server 2013\ResKit> ./SEFAUtil.exe /server:poollync2013.domain.local user@domain.local
User Aor: sip:user@domain.local
Display Name: User Test
UM Enabled: True
Simulring enabled: False
Forward immediate to: sip:+33xxxxxxxxx@domain.local;user=phone

Forward immediate has been set but Group Pickup Orbit has disapeared

Using Lync Client instead :

PS C:\program files\Microsoft Lync Server 2013\ResKit> ./SEFAUtil.exe /server:poollync2013.domain.local user@domain.local
User Aor: sip:user@domain.local
Display Name: User Test
UM Enabled: True
Simulring enabled: False
Forward immediate to: sip:+33xxxxxxxxx@domain.local;user=phone
Group Pickup Orbit: sip:*100;phone-context=user-default@domain.local;user=phone

Forward immediate is set but group pickup orbit is always here.

Hello all,

this issue is fixed in UC Software 5.1.3 ( VOIP-94428 ) and will be addressed in future UC Software 5.2.2 and 5.3.0 and any later maintenance releases.

I cannot provide an ETA on the new releases yet

Best Regards
