We have had a challenge with the Polycom VVX400 phones. with BrocadeFWS 624S-POE gigabit poe switches. The Polycom phones which are 10/100  do not auto negotiate with the gig ports. We were able to discover that we had to configure  the switch ports to 10/100 full duplex and the phones would connect.   When we connect a computer to the phone however, the lan mode indicates the phone only connects at half duplex. This results are the attached computer experiences slow speeds as there are  a lot of errors between full duplex and half duplex. Is there a way to force the phones lan mode to Full Duplex?
