My firm has eight VX501 phones, and except for one, each will not permit us to designate "favorites" on the idle screen.  That is, I designated each of the seven other employees as a "favorite" in the directory.  However, my extension is 402, and my idle screen shows four columns of "402" even though I designated each of the seven other employees as a "favorite."  Put another way, even though I designated everyone as a "favorite," none of them appear on my idle screen, and instead, all that appears are four columns of my extension.

 

As I alluded to above, one person's phone works fine, but the other seven do not.  

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello CWM,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
