I can succesfully send PUSH request to SP IP560, VVX500 and VVX 1500 Polycom phones and perform operations. But when I try the same for VVX310 and VVX 410 models the PUSH is not happening. Do these models support PUSH requests? .

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

You are already aware of the PUSH FAQ so simply utilize the troubleshooting section to find your error. All Polycom Phones (current or older) support this functionality.
