Hi,

Is there any possibility to check the number of polycom phones deployed in an environment and the models. Maybe by running any script or any other option?

all depends on what SIP server you are running... what PBX do you have as there should be tools/features you can use within the PBX rather than the probing the phone....

alternatively what you could do is set each  phone to send tel notifications to a server although I am not sure what sort of info the notifications contain...

Hope this helps

Cheers

Hello Khushboo,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You could probably run some kind of SIP NOTIFY with a Check-Sync or similar against all IP addresses in your network in order to receive a reply containing the User Agent stating the current software but there are no ready made software solutions to my knowledge.

I would suggest to use a search engine to find some ideas.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
