Hi guys,

Phone: Polycom ip560

When I am on a call the "More" softkey is not visible on the display.

Only softkeys that are visible are in order from left-right: hold, end call, transfer, conference

Currently running firmware: 4.0.9.0509

Thanks for your help!

Hello romeonyc77,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Not knowing anything about your configuration being used, the call server itself and using an outdated and unsupported software it is hard to answer.

Your first step should be to upgrade to 4.0.11 and re-test.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
