Good day

 

I am having a similar issue with hosted PBX when transfering calls, it says request failed

Hello kramatswi,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Is this problem of yours in any way related to Lync 2010 or Lync 2013 ?

 

  • If yes then your software is incorrect and you must use 4.1.1 instead.
  • If no then please upgrade to a currently supported software 4.0.12 and then post at least some logs in a new post
