Good day forum,

 

I'm reaching out for any assistance available in regards to our MGC-100. With our current setup we are able to effectively dial into a distant site with good video, but bad audio capabilities. We noticed that we were receiving an error on our audio card within the MCG-100. We attempted to switch the card to a different slot and noticed the error followed to the new slot. The error displayed is " Audio_Algorithm_Not_Supported_By_Card." Any guidance or input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all very much for your time.

Could you please provide us with more detail information:

- MGC S/W version

- Audio card type and H/W version

- Endpoint(s) type, S/W version(s)

- Conference audio settings

- Audio protocols (in/out) as shown in channels status

- H.245 information

 

Was this problem seen earlier?

Is this problem seen with other type endpoints?

 

Without this data no idea could be produced.
