Hello Jitu,

welcome to the Polycom Community. I have edited your post to make it easier on the eye.

A few questions in order to get a better picture.

  • Wan or LAN side users
  • Any Firewalls involved
  • Do the same endpoints that got no Audio get Video and can they usually get Video / Audio
  • Did these Endpoints at the beginning of the conference have Audio / Video and then lost Audio suddenly?

Depending on your reply it may be more useful to get Polycom support involved as logs would need to be looked at in a timely manner before these are overwritten.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Hi SteffenBaierUK,

  • Wan Side Users
  • No Firewalls
  • No Same Endpoint(in Different Conference other Endpoint facing the same Problem)
  • Yes these Endpoints at the beginning of the conference have Audio / Video and then lost Audio suddenly.

Note : We have observe when The endpoint goes to The particular Audio Port (14) of audio Card then Participant led to disturbance  /distortion in audio When Some Other Endpoint come to that Port (14) They Have The Facing the Same Issue.Audio  Card Doesn't Have Any Alarm.(Audio Card Hardware Version 1.24)

Thanks For Response.
