Hi,

Have anybody came across below issue.

We have CMA 4000 with 100 CMAD license. around 60 HDX 8000 & VSX 7000 accross the country. All the systems GK gets registered without any problem. GK registration doesn't happen with 2 HDX 8000 system either configured via web access (or) using remote control unit (or) manuallly added device in CMA 4000.

The same systems gets registered with another CMA server without any problem. Both servers are in same subnet & IP address is next range of the other. The HDX device IP are added in subnet.

Pls provide valuable input for this issue. HDX system gets registered with 1 CMA server and not the other.

I'm guessing, either a duplicate or leftover ID...    Try changing the name and e.164 when connecting to the CMA that it doesn't work with....    See if, by changing either name, you can get registered...

Agree with Hary. CMA GK logs could give additional information to diagnose the problem.

Make sure that your H323 name for your 8000s' do not have any special characters in the name field.
