Hi All,

 

 

i am trying to reset a CMA 5000,but since i have doing it i am geeting a boot error"syestem haulted"

 

can anybody offer a help over this??

Hi

You can reset the CMA by using the rescue CD siphed with the CMA. Only thing you need to put the CD in the cd Rom and reboot the system .

I cant figure out from your mail , it is the Error from CMA or the Dell Server hardware . 

If you have tried to restore CMA already , please try to log in into server IDRAC . You can find the IDRAC Ip on the front pannel of server and try to browse on that Ip. You can log in with user name- root , password-calvin .
You will find server IDRAC with all log-files in it . So try to check if the Server hardware is giving you this Error .

i am geeting a error on Dell server hardware.it is consistently giving a hardware error name of"system haulted".finds the same log in to the system via console.
