Hi there,

 

We performed all the correct steps to enable simplified dialing on CMA and RMX.

 

Steps we performed:

Created Video Profile on RMX

Create Gateway Profile on RMX

RMX H323 IP settings has Gateway enabled

Created Alias on CMA

Created Service on CMA for the Gateway Alias

MCU prefix alias is set to MCU and not Gateway

 

We receive the following error on CMA when we check the logs of the called performed:

    **Error**: Can't Get EndPoint list for service '9' : ERROR (C080026D) 'Network IP address not found.'
    **Error**: Could not resolve address
    **Error**: ARJ sent.

 

Please advise?

There is likely something you have missed. The ARQ in the post indicates the CMA was unable to find the gateway service. Please compare the setup with what you have with the configuration in my attached guide. There is also a troubleshooting section to help identify where the issue may be.

Hi, I have the same error as the above...

 

 **Error**: Can't Get EndPoint list for service '9' : ERROR (C0800253) 'Invalid dial string.'

 

did you resolve your issue?

 

Also, if I use the dial rule method, the call routes to the RMX as expected, but it seems to go into a loop and creates multiple gateway sessions until the video ports fill up!
