I would like to know if any external Cisco Jabber call can be connected to my Polycom RMX or Polycom Endpoints.

Hello AmitW,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have moved your two additional post's and moved this post into the RMX section.

Please check the restrictions listed in the RMX Admin Guide which can be found => here <= (Example Admin Guide 7.7 Page J - 1):

• Polycom Immersive Telepresence Systems (ITP) Version 3.0.3:

— RPX 200
— RPX 400
— OTX 300
— TPX HD 306
— ATX HD 300

• Polycom video conferencing endpoints Version 3.0.3

— 7000 HD Rev C
— 8000 HD Rev B
— 9006
— 4500

• Cisco TelePresence® System (CTS) Version 1.7

— CTS 1000
— CTS 3000

Not knowing what Polycom Endpoints you already have I can only provide an example based on a HDX8000.

The HDX Administrators guide which can be found => here <= explains the limitations of using a different HDX Hardware revision with TIP.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
