We have a RMX 2000 and tandberg. Whenever i connect LAN and WAN calls together via RMX, then end location could hav our view and everythng. But on our location its a blank screen. Means we are not getting any video,only audio is received. I have upgrade both the systems also. But problem remains same..Its a request to guide asap plz.. Thanx. .
