Hi, can someone please advise me what application i can use to read/open the DMA7000 logs? i would like to start learning how to analyze them for troubleshooting purposes. Thanks!!!

The DMA logs are a bunch of text files that you can open using a text reader, most people like Notepad++. Of course you will need to extract the archived files first. A good free utility is 7-zip. http://www.7-zip.org/

 

Once you have the log files extracted, the main log file which contains 90% of the data you are looking for is in the server.log file. Another good tip is make sure the DMA has the logging level set to debug which also creates a tcp dump file which is useful in looking for network issues. Of course it is recommeded to not leave it with this setting for an extended amount of time as bad things may happen.
