DMA not connecting call from Entry Queue

I've setup an entry queue on the DMA which uses the appropriate IVR Service on our MCU.  I get prompted correctly and when I enter the ID the MCU creates the Conference correctly but the caller just says connecting for a few seconds then gets dropped from the newly created Conference.  I can connect directly to that Conference on the DMA with the same caller.

Update, the client is Lync 2010 that it won't connect with but will work fine with the M100 client.  Version 7.8 RMX.

I have seen issues like this because of certificate related issues. Is the RMX registering directly to the Lync FE server correctly?
