Hi Guys,

 

We have an RMX 1500 configured with an ISDN PRI {E1} line. Dail-out is working ok from any room that is created, however, am facing an issue with dail-in participants. When I create a dail-in room on audio, the number assigned to the dail-in room only allows a maximum of 2 participants, if a 3rd participants tries to call in, the number gives the BUSY TONE.

 

The RMX 1500 only has 1 E1 Span, and the 1st Number is configured as 730122000, and the last number of the span is configured as 730122999. The Dail-In Room Created is configured with 730122602, and Maximum Number of Participants is left on AUTOMATIC. What could be the issue?

 

Please advice.
