Hi

RMX can detect AVC endpoints with a noisy audio channel, marks them as Noisy and automatically mute them, reducing the noise heard by other conference participants.

Automatic muting of noisy AVC endpoints is enabled only when the following conditions are met:

  • The Auto mute noisy endpointscheck box in the Profile Properties - Audio Settings dialog box is selected (default in CP conferences).
  • The ENABLE_SELECTIVE_MIXING flag is set to YES (default).

If one of these settings is disabled, the automatic muting of noisy endpoints is disabled.

For more informationplease have alook at  >>RMX_Administrators_Guide_V8_2<<

Regards
