Ghost Chairperson 'leaving the conference'

RMX 4000 - MPMx cards, version 7.8

3 participants in a conference, 1 is the chairperson. 45 minutes later they hear the announcment 'the chaiperson has left the conference' all 3 participants have remained connected. The CDR only shows the 3 participants and 1 chairperson - party chair update.

Is this a known issue?
