Hi,

I'm having a serious trouble with my network when packets go out from MCU to endpoints when connected with SD resolution at same speed(384K). My ISP said that all QoS configuration was applied. So, could be QoS with wrong configuration at ISP? How could resolution generate more packet lost?

Yash,

We spoted many problems at our QoS on MPLS network. We identify some problems at our three telecom company and today we have 0 packet lost and full channel bw. We foud problem on HDX 6K  at release 3.0.3 maybe QoS could not be applied. Version 3.1.2 have no problems with QoS.

Have you tried to check point to point VC call with particular endpoint?

Could be issue with bandwidth or conference profile of MCU
