IVR Service how to increase sound

Having problems with audiozvonkami at Polycom. Connection E1.

Up passes, but ivr Polycom almost inaudible (word missing). Tell me how it is possible to make a diagnosis of the situation by the cisco?

I don't understand what you've reported. Do you use Polycom bridge for ISDN connectivity or what? To be honest, your description doesn't make any sense. What does that mean - "how it is possible to make a diagnosis of the situation by the cisco?".Are Cisco products involved in the scenario? Please specify in more details what is going wrong or work with your Polycom reseller to open a support ticket with us.
