Hi, how do i increase the number of available video and audio ports on my RMX? i have an mpmx card but only have 42 video and 12 audio ports available.

 

our RMX's are integrated and registered to a DMA. all endpoints are registered to the CMA as the scheduling solution.

 

please help!!!!!

HP Recommended

If you have the MPMx-S on RMX 1500 you can only convert the audio ports to video ones and vice versa (or set the resource allocation to auto). If you have RMX 2000/4000 and/or MPMx-D on RMX 1500 you can purchase the upgrade.
