as you can see in the following link, I currently managed to route our HDX, which calls (internet addresses), to our VBP 4350.
Our HDX use a bandwidth up to 4096 Kbps for internal calls. But as soon as we try to do a call to external partners our VBP 4350 says:
Duration: 0:00:00 Call-ID: 4F19F077-B800-001F-0400-397EDF2CF58B Call-Status: Incoming Q.931 TCP connection established Termination Cause: At maximum bandwidth usage |
I could limit the bandwidth with our cma 4000 in the "Dial Plans and sites" section to 1472 Kbps, but this limit apply for all internal and external connections. Is there a possibility to limit only the Connection between our HDX/Endpoints and the VBP4350?

Thank you Simons for your advice, it works perfectly. An alternative solution is to limit the Bandwidth between proxy and Internet/external.

I have a similar issue, but it's related to inbound dialing.
Customer has a Polycom CMA 6.2.1 ER8 and a VBP 11.2.13.
Our service allows us to join their endpoints into our meeting software. All of their endpoints are registered with the VBP so every time we call we are calling from one of our servers into the VBP. We connect two endpoints but as soon as we dial the third the call gets rejected saying the is insufficient bandwidth. My guess is that since we are making three separate calls from the same IP Address it is lumping us together with some sort of bandwidth restriction.
How do I take the limit off of the inbound connections? Do I need to add our IP Address(s) in a whitelist?
