Hello,

 

I would like to know if it is possible to get the latest Log Helper software version?

I found this link but it is not available anymore:

I do not think the link was meant for external end-users and logs are usually only for trained Poly personnel and not end-users.

The title Polycom Employee & Community Manager is a community setting and does not reflect my role. I am just a simple volunteer in the community like everybody else. My official "day" Job is 3rd Level support at Poly but I am unable to provide official support via the community.
