Currently we conduct an RMX team integration with Lync 2010 platform, the platform has a pool of 6 servers "front-end", we configure the routes, we configure the digital certificate, etc., integration works successfully, dialing from Lync client the URI of the room, everything works, eight days past integration fails, error messages and can not establish a call, when to reset the RMX integration works again for another 8 days perfectly, sometimes resetting the RMX is not enough and we need Lync routes delete and recreate them in the same way, to do this then it works again for 8 days.

After analyzing the situation, we find that the delivery Lync server in the log the following message:

Severity: error

Text: message expired in the outbound queue before it could be sent

At the time of the failure, this appears when attempting a communication from Lync to the RMX, however do not know the cause nor because when you reset the message no longer opens and integration work, any ideas?,

We were already getting used to live with this reset every 8 days, but right now the situation worse and now the VMR not connect either, the call by URI does not work, is no longer working eight days, only 1 or 2, another problem appeared is that when it works after the reset, but calls are set at 5 minutes disconnected calls, calling back the call is established but after 5 minutes off again, any ideas?, thank you very much.

Hi

Do you have a SIP load balancer or a Lync Director between Fron-end servers and a RMX?

HP Recommended

If we have director and if we balancers, however we have already removed from the integration, we have connected with and without the balancer, we have also connected with and without Director, the result is always the same, thank you very much

hi

What the RMX's software do you use?

When Lync clients can not establish a call, the RMX is registering on the Lync?

for debugging a call disconnect problem you can use the Lync logging tool in the Lync pool and collect all SIP call messages.

Hi, versions 7.7 and 7.8 are used, the result was the same

The integration if it works for a few days and then fails, the rmx if registered and never shows alarms,

The error in the log of Lync is:

Severity: Error
Text: message expired in the outbound queue before It could be sent

thank you very much

This has the same symptoms, especially the Lync log line - message expired in the outbound queue before It could be sent, as the issue other customers have reported. Please open a Support ticket so we can determine what the root cause is.
