MGC cards issue

In MGC+100 we are able to excess the controller card through LAN . But all IP cards and audio cards are in disable mode means no power is coming and in video cards are in FAIL status as showing.

And through MGC manager no cards is showing.

Give a hardreboot to the hardware and then cheak.

ISDN issue on RMX

Sir, i am facing problem here, when i configure ISDN PRI in RMX 2000 then it shows error " no clock source" and red led glow on rear port of RTMisdn . plz help me... the service provider says that PRI line is working fine
