Meeting hosted on RMX Bridge does not accept the PIN Code

We had a issue with customer.


Meeting was hosted on a Polycom RMX.

When host tried to join the meeting and entered the correct PIN. It says 

"host pin not valid"


we reset the host pin however issue still presist. we are able to use that meeting ID and PIN to check the meeting GUI.


Any Idea?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
