Hi,

 

I have a RMX 1000 where I deleted a meeting room today by accident (ID 1001), but when i try to make it again i get an error message saying: Unanle to add the meeting room - the name or ID is already in use.

 

But i can't find it in the meeting room list. I have tried to reboot the RMX, but without luck.

 

Any ideas on where i should be looking???

Make sure there isn't an Entry Queue with the same number you are trying to create....

There is some room which is defaulted in RMX  with range of 1000 to 1004.

Apparently it was a matter of waiting. I didn't change anything this morning. But i was able to create the meeting room again. Still not sure what caused, that i couldn't create it yesterday .....
