HP Recommended

Hello all

I am still waiting for a rep from Polycomm to actually call me.  But wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations for phone conferencing for a 25 in-person BOD meetings with 3-10 people calling into it.  We need several mics around the room so that all individuals in the room can talk and be heard by the individuals in the meeting AND then we need  system robust enought to ensure that the 25 people in the room can HEAR the remote individuals when they are speaking.

 

Any suggestions?  Not sure if Polycomm will have a solution since I can't get hold of the sales rep.  HE was suppose to call me last week and I left him a VM this morning and sent him an email.  Maybe Polycomm does not need the business?
