Hello Prem Kumar

What the Collaboration server (RMX) model and software version do you use?

Do you use the Internet network for calls?

Does RMX have a private or public  media card IP?

Do you use any NAT\PAT on firewall for RMX's IPs?

so,

Have you selected the Fixed Ports settings on the RMX and endpoint?

What endpoint do you use?

What ports (inbound and outbound) do you open on the firewall?

Try to check which ports between RMX media IP and endpoint are blocked by firewall, Checkpoint has a good tool for that.
