Hello,

I would like to ask if there is a workaround for the following issue:

BRIDGE 601 - The RMX does not get a Bye message from a VVX phone when the VVX disconnects
from the call.

This issue is listed on Page 6 of the July 2013 release note.

Any help will be most appreciated!

Regards

Hello Daniel,

UCS 3.3.5 is not LYNC compatible and is a simple SIP / H.323 Software.

The comment in the wave document is related to a VVX running a later Software release that supports LYNC.

I would suggest you upgrade the VVX to UCS 4.0.4 or await the next UCS 5.0.0 release which is due soon.

Details on VoIP related issues can be found in the VoIP FAQ => here <=

Best regards

Hello Daniel,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

What VVX are you using and what Software Version and also what RMX version?

What Version of LYNC ?

Most likely support would need to get involved in order to verify RMX, VVX and LYNC logs to specify if this is really the same issue in your case.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Steffen,

Appreciate your prompt response.

We are talking about the Polycom VVX 1500 D, along with an RMX 4000 (software version 7.7).

Lync versions are attached to this post.

Thanks!
