Hello! We have Polycom RMX 2000 (ver. MPMx-D), when connected to the conference RealPresence Group 310 (system softwareRelease - 6.1.0-310348), which has a system name in Cyrillic, RMX 2000 issues an internal communication error message and reboots.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

  • The GroupSeries should be on software or on if you have a valid service contract.
  • The RMX most likely also has a later version

This would need to be checked by our Support team so please go ahead and open a ticket via your reseller.
