Hello! We have Polycom RMX 2000 (ver.184.108.40.206 MPMx-D), when connected to the conference RealPresence Group 310 (system softwareRelease - 6.1.0-310348), which has a system name in Cyrillic, RMX 2000 issues an internal communication error message and reboots.
The GroupSeries should be on software 220.127.116.11 or on 18.104.22.168 if you have a valid service contract.
The RMX most likely also has a later version
