Problems with RMX NTP Sync

Hello, everybody!

 

We're having an issue when trying to configure the NTP server at RMX4000. Status: FAIL. NTP Version 4. We've tried 3 different server, but no one brings Success.

 

Anybody have any idea?

Hi. We have the same problem when we try to fix the ip ntp server. it's failed

MCU Version is: 7.8. 0.246

 

RMX Manager Version  is: EMA -V7.8.0.303

Hi,

 

We are experiencing exactly the same issue on three different RMX's we are looking after. All on RMX7.8 GA. The Group and HDX systems are having no issues from the same NTP server(s) but the RMX's are.

 

a Fix for this would be appreciated.
