I have a RMX2000 +80 and appear the system alert:

 

Category:Unit - Level:Major - Code:Unit not responding - Description:Card ID:1, Unit ID:3, Unit type: video, Description:Unit Failure.

 

But the RMX2000 is working normally, No has problems with audio or video in my conferences.

 

The software version is 7.2.1.25.


How can remove this alert in my RMX?

Hello Jefferson,

 

I would recommend to work with your Polycom Partner or Polycom Support as this sounds a bit like a DSP Software Issue.

 

The latest 7.2.2 Build has got fixes implemented and the "Unit Failure" Error points towards this.

 

Please be aware that the Polycom Community is not a replacement for the regular Polycom Support and you may want to work via your reseller to upgrade the System to the latest build available.

 

Please provide some feedback to the community once you have taken this step.

Hello,

 

I have a similar with an RMX1500 avec internal MPMx card. The error is the same but the UnitID is 11.
The message appear and disappear frequently in the Alarm list.
Is anybody have resolve this issue ?
