QoS Tagging - RMX 4000

Hello,

 

 

For some reason, our networking team is unable to see the traffic from and to our RMX 4000 as tagged.

 

We are marking the traffic with IP Precedence on the RMX - 

 

 

We have rebooted the RMX several times, just to be sure.

 

Are we missing a flag within the system configuration?

Is there any additional setting that I might have missed?

 

Additional details:

 

  • RMX software version: 7.7.0.158
  • Switch manufacturer (where the RMX is connected): Nortell
  • Network backbone: Cisco-only
