Hello,

 

Our customer is about to change the CNTL unit on his RMX v8.7.4.7.

 

We found a process: we need to go there: ftp://ftp.polycom.co.il/

 

Then download the CNTL Rescue File which match to the RMX Version. but there is only 8.7.4.300.

 

Then, download the imageUSB.exe and use it to write the files to an USB.

And change the CNTL unit, insert the USB file and start the server

 

Is all of that process is correct? or is it only to try to rescue the system before doing a RMA? If yes, what do we need to do after the CNTL unit is changed?
