Hi,

When I turn on my RMX 1000, It look like normal status, LED on front panel is green but i can not access to the RMX from my computer, Ping from my computer to RMX failed. I already try to used Discovery tool to detect RMX but it can not founded any thing. I Used USB to RS232 cable and connect computer to Console port, RMX 1000 require to UPDATE FLASH BIOS and can not complete starting process.

Any one can help me? Please !!!
