RMX 1500 CDR sorts incorrectly

I was trying to sort by duration in the CDR, the time format leads with minutes correct? MM:SS:ss?

At any rate, the sort appears to go by leading digit, not the actual duration. For example, sorting in descending, a 28 minute call appears before one that is 188 minutes.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A good starting point is always to provide the currently used software version. That way yourselves or others can check the release notes if this is a known bug.
