Hello Faizan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The RMX installation is not really an end user task, especially if not trained, and as I am unaware of your knowledge Level of Polycom products would be a very lengthy process to do via the community forum.

  • What is the background of yourself and this installation?

  • Has a Polycom reseller been involved and consulted?

  • Have you checked the RMX Admin Guide => here <= yet?

  • Are the assigned IP addresses in a routable range matching your network?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
